Our tour prices are based on the currency exchange rates at the time the request for a tour price quote is made. Please reconfirm the cost of your tour when you book with us. We reserve the right to impose surcharges during the high season, and including weekends, holidays, festivals or conventions, due to increases in accommodation prices, transportation costs, local operator costs, etc.
Please check to see what each of our tour programs includes or excludes, as these vary with each tour. However, inclusions and exclusions for our tour programs listed on our website (www.AntiqueAlive.com) remain as stated.
Although it is our strong intention to follow the agreed itinerary, there will be a degree of flexibility in consideration of various operational factors including flight delays or bad weather.
Antique Alive Tour arranges fully insured vehicles with experienced and courteous drivers, equipped with air conditioners and heating systems. Transportation vehicles are subject to the conditions mutually agreed upon such as a car for 1-2 persons, a van for 3-4 persons, a mini bus for 6-14 persons and motor coach bus for 15-40 persons, etc.
Antique Alive Tour provides American breakfasts at hotels, with some exceptions available. Your tour itinerary will indicate which meals are included on specific days.
Our tour guides are qualified, courteous, and knowledgeable about the destinations and attractions they will take you. We provide guides who speak English, German, Russian, French and Spanish. Please ask us about the cost to hire guides who speak your language, as these fees may vary.
A 20% discount is offered to children under the age of 12 (accompanied by two full-paying parents or guardians and staying in a triple room) for tours lasting more than one night. The number of FOC is negotiable at all times.
Payment of the balance of the tour price is due 7 days before the tour departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, even for groups that have paid a deposit.
If you cancel your tour after you have made a booking, a cancellation fee may be charged and you may lose all or some of the money you paid for the tour. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you notify Antique Alive Tour 30 days before the tour departure date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, cancellations received less than 30 days before the tour departure date will be charged as follows in the table below.

We may cancel a trip at any time up to 30 days before departure. We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, transportation strikes or other external events, it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel a trip you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as non-refundable flights.
We will not issue a refund if the cancellation is made after the tour has already begun. We will also not issue a refund for any unused portions of the tour.
Antique Alive Tour and its representatives act only as an agent for the tour members in making arrangement of hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services according to the itinerary. However we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, damages of any kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, due to any act of default of hotel, carrier, restaurant, companies or persons rendering any of services included in the tour. Further, Antique Alive Tour takes no responsibilities for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, thefts, acts of violence or force majeure.
We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering the period you are away from home. When purchasing travel insurance, you should check that you are adequately covered for medical costs and personal accident, loss or damage to property and baggage, loss of traveler’s checks, money and credit cards.
If you miss a tour due to your own negligence, we will try to arrange for you to meet the group at a later time, in another place. However, you must bear the cost incurred on the way.
